| Sorry I haven't been on in a while. seems no one missed me anyway.
Well i asked Danielle out on sunday. when she said that she would let me know on monday at school i knew what the answer was. now im depressed. she is so hung up on jimmy that nobody can get in. who could blame her i guess. he's a big time athlete and model and im just a skinny little skater boy.
only one thing left to do then! Did you know that if you eat protein, it's so hard to digest that you burn 3 to 4 times more calores than if you eat the same amount of calories in carbs or fat?

| Caffeine lasts in your system for up to 5 hours. if you take it too late in the day, you might not get to sleep, which leads to more chances to munch out again. | | |
| if you ate more calories than you burned by the end of the day, it's your responsibility to make sure that all of those calories are burned somehow. obviously not overeating makes it easier at the end of the day to live with yourself.

You have to boost your body right away in the morning so i have green tea and a handful of veggies for b. the caffeine acts as a lax when your stomach is empty so stay near a bathroom, and the veggies give some energy but not too much because it is mostly fiber.
The key is to ALWAYS have something in the morning to boost your metabolism, and during the rest of the day you will get hungry so you should bring extra veggies or fruit along, but mostly you have to get your mind off hungry and on something else like how you will ditch the sk8er cops next time!! | | |
